Customer Protection Plan

A customer protection plan is provided free with every hire purchase sale with which two benefits are normally associated:

Product Damage: In case of product damage due to natural calamities (flood) or accident (fire) than the product will be replaced by the same or equivalent model.

Earning Disability: In case of earning disability or death, the product ownership     will be transferred including refund of money paid through instalment.

In addition to normal Hire Sales, all Multi-Branded Products are also offered under Group Sales Scheme. Group Sales Scheme are sales made to a group of employees comprising of minimum three members in an institution on Hire Purchase with special Budget Book Offering.
