Extended Warranty

Every electronics and electrical products are vulnerable and may malfunction or completely be out of order within any given period of time of its purchase.  To help customers who might face such unanticipated difficulties, the manufacturers provide a specific guarantee/warranty against each product. Singer Bangladesh is no exception to this rule as it also provides varying guarantees for its numerous products.

However, the question remains what would happen if the product malfunction beyond the guarantee period? As this is a worry for the consumer, Singer Bangladesh has introduced 'EXTENDED WARRANTY' to provide peace of mind of consumers for a longer period.

By paying an additional amount, a customer can purchase an EXTENDED WARRANTY for two years beyond the normal warranty period provided with the product.  The customer will be provided a card upon payment of the prescribed amount.

Extended Warranty is applicable for products sold at Singer Mega and Singer Plus Shops with certain restrictions.
